8 Weeks Old
This combination encompasses multiple top quality Border Collies from around the globe, whom have also been amazing producers. This includes Aust Jap CH Nahrof The Talisman, Fin Sh CH Pikkupaimenen Fair Play, Bryning Sparkle N Shine HIC, Am Silver Grand CH Bayshore's Hot Chocolate of Avatar PT HSTs, Can CH Kesca Pipers Sunset Melody, Am CH Borderfame Choc Chill, MBIS MBISS CH Bordefame Spellbound, and BISS Am Can CH Bayshores Believe In Magic...just to name a FEW!
Tyra LOVES everyone, she is a fun loving gal! She also loves obedience, agility, and any performance venues as long as she gets to do something with you. She has the BEST FOCUS I have ever seen on a Border Collie. She basically follows me around all day and stares me straight in the eye like "whats next mum!?". Our obedience instructors comment on how wonderful her focus is and no matter the distraction she is completely focused when she is training. Tyra is not scared of anything, she has traveled all around North America to dog shows and she is always on her best behavior. She is never car sick or anxious and takes everything with a grain of salt. She is VERY SNUGGLY!
Denali is our HAPPY puppy like boy. He is always playing games, even though we don't always want to play the games he chooses, such as, "chase me I just stole your shoes and brought them outside"...he is always trotting around with something in his mouth! He loves herding sheep and has wonderful drive to work. He is only limited to our time, but he is willing to train in whatever we ask from him and he does it in a calm matter of fact way, no questions asked he is biddable and always trying to please.
We expect driven pups that will excel in anything you put your mind to with them. They should be good with all people but definitely not for the lazy folks! ;) They will be most suited to people who want to compete in performance events such as agility, obedience, tracking, search and rescue and herding. We will consider show homes but hopefully homes that ALSO do performance events as past pups from Denali are VERY smart and get bored easily... no good comes from a bored Border Collie! They will not be suited as lazy house pets who sit on the sofa 24/7, they come from a line of very intelligent dogs that were given jobs. In addition we expect dogs who are very structurally sound and correct. Denali finished his Championship in TWO weekends and Tyra has been top ranked in Canada for multiple years being a group placer from the PUPPY CLASSES!
