"Felicity"
Felicity was born on the 13th of July, 2004. She broke me heart on that same date exactly 8 years later. After her 2nd litter she was diagnosed with diabetes and we kept her as comfortable as possible with insulin for the next 2 years. It was very hard on her system and sadly she lost her vision, suffered from constant UTI's, kidney problems and loss of appetite. We lost her much too soon, after she left her paw prints on my heart. Felicity was OFA hips Good, Elbows normal, CERF Normal, CEA Carrier and CL/TNS Normal.
Even though she never finished her CH title...I can't even begin to explain how amazing of a dog she was. Felicity was built beautifully, she could have been bigger and had her faults but really and truly she was a very fine example of the Border Collie breed with true Border Collie Type. She was quirky, comical, loyal and a complete witch at times! She ruled the roost even though she was the smallest of my bitches. She was SO SMART, and when you asked anything of her she would do it as fast as she could at that instant. She was incredibly biddable and I very much regret never getting more videos of her working obedience.
Felicity has proved to be an amazing producer and I can see her in her children, grand children and even her GREAT GRAND CHILDREN!!! Meet her great grand daughter, Sprinkles. Her kids have provided the foundation of multiple kennels around the globe. Some of her noteworthy progeny include Am Can Aus CH Bellaclan Casanova's Magic HIC TT CGC RN RA NAJ NA, Can CH Bellaclan Midnight Magic, Am CH Bellaclan Royal Commandress, Bellaclan Royal Affair TT.
